First Time Clients
Hi! If you’re here it is probably because an existing client sent you to me. I don’t market my business, and I almost exclusively take on clients from referrals. You can read reviews on Facebook. If you’re interested in hiring me, fill out the online form and I will reply to let you know when I have time available. If I don’t have availability in the next month this website will mention that.
To begin with we will have a discussion via email, zoom or in-person to determine the particulars of your cleaning needs. We’ll discuss your square footage, number of rooms to be cleaned, whether you have pets or not, what your level of expectations are about cleanliness, etc.
Vacant Premises
Having a completely vacant premise for the duration of a clean is non-negotiable. I’m happy to meet briefly at the beginning of a clean, however once I start you must not return apart from in case of emergency. This allows me to focus on the work in a way that is safe and comfortable for me, and means that you will the highest quality of service. I require a commitment from clients to honour this professional requirement.
Your Clean Team
Hi, I’m Kaely! I am licensed and fully bonded, and have over five years of experience doing interior cleaning on a variety of premises, including full house, tiny homes, rental suites, apartments, vacation rentals, commercial/business and post-construction. I’ve cleaned homes with excessive amounts of pet hair, an abundance of plants, and small children.
I am happy to tidy as I clean, with the understanding that your home will be delightful to return to however with less of a deep clean. I clean and tidy without judgement.
Cleaning time estimates are usually based on me working by myself however I also occasionally have other cleaners assist, which will reduce the time needed. This will be discussed with you in advance, and if you prefer not to have other team members in your home that can be accommodated.
Costs & Payment
I ask for a deposit before your first cleaning, and then for subsequent cleanings I expect payment on the day of the cleaning. I can work with a specific budget or time frame for cleaning. With first-time clients I will ask questions that help me provide an estimate of timing and costs. After your first cleaning we will have a very good idea of budget and timing. I charge $40 an hour and
Supplies & Equipment
I use Cumberland Cleaning Co products exclusively. They are a locally owned supplier of fantastic eco-conscious cleaning supplies. I have all of the tools and equipment I need to do my job including a bagged vacuum cleaner. I can also use your products and tools if you would prefer.
